Software I use, gadgets I love, and other things I recommend.
I get asked a lot about the things I use to build software, stay productive, or buy to fool myself into thinking I’m being productive when I’m really just procrastinating. Here’s a big list of all of my favorite stuff.
Workstation
Samsung Galaxybook 5
I switched to the Samsung Galaxybook 5, and it’s been exactly what I needed. The display is sharp, it's light enough to take anywhere, and it handles everything I throw at it without slowing down and the battery keeps up all day, no problem.
49 Odyssey OLED G95SD DQHD, 240Hz Smart Gaming Monitor
I’ve been using the Samsung Odyssey OLED G9, and it’s hard to go back after this. The 49” curve makes everything feel more immersive, and the colors pop like you wouldn’t believe.
Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse - KM5221W - UK (QWERTY) - Black
Keyboards like this are hard to come by. I keep a few around to make sure I’m always ready to replace my main setup when the time comes.
Dell Premier Wireless Mouse WM527
A reliable mouse makes all the difference. There's something about the Dell Premier Mouse that just clicks. The precision is spot-on, and it feels great in hand.
Galaxy Buds3 Pro
I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and they’ve been fantastic. The sound quality is spot on, and the fit is comfortable enough to wear all day.
Development tools
VS Code
I don’t need all the extra features some devs swear by. VS Code does everything I need, and it does it well. It’s fast, clean, and makes coding feel smooth.
Cursor
I’ve been using Cursor, and it just makes sense. It simplifies everything, keeping me focused without unnecessary clutter.
Coolify
I use Cursor because it keeps things simple. It’s intuitive, and helps me stay focused, with everything I need right where I want it.
Design
Figma
I swear by Figma. It turns designing into a team sport with no more back-and-forth, just real-time collaboration that makes everything feel smooth actually fun.
Productivity
Clickup
I rely on ClickUp to keep everything in check. It’s simple, customizable, and helps me stay organized without the clutter my team used to face before.
Wowl AI
I use Wowl AI to handle the repetitive tasks that would otherwise eat up my time. It’s smart, efficient, and frees me up to focus on the important stuff that actually moves the needle. It’s one less thing to worry about every day.
Microsoft 360 Suite
I use Microsoft 365 throughout the day. It keeps everything from emails to documents to calendars in one place so I’m not jumping between tools. Honestly, I don’t even notice it. And that’s the best part.
Dropbox
I drop everything into Dropbox. Files, notes, screenshots. It saves me from digging through folders and helps me stay in the zone when I’m working.
